Why Early Years Expertise Matters

90% of a child’s brain development happens before age five, making the early years one of the most critical stages of learning and development. Supporting children during this stage requires more than activity-based teaching.

NEP 2020 and the NCF-FS 2022 recognise the Foundational Stage as a distinct and critical phase of education, strengthening the need for professionally prepared early-years educators. This programme is designed to help bridge that gap by building the knowledge, practical skills, and professional competencies needed for high-quality early childhood education.
