All fees for Services are processed via authorized third parties. All payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. II-TED is not responsible for any issues arising from payment processing by third parties.

All information on this Website, including all information provided under our Services, is proprietary and confidential information belonging to us (“Confidential Information”).

8. Remedy for Breach

You acknowledge that such a breach will cause us irreparable harm for which monetary damages or other remedies would be inadequate.
