This Agreement and any posted revisions or modifications shall remain in effect while you use this Website, and certain provisions, as necessary, shall survive beyond your use of this Website.

The information and features included in this Website are for informational purposes only and are subject to change at any time without notice. 6. Payment and Fees / Refund Policy

All fees for Services are processed via authorized third parties. All payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. II-TED is not responsible for any issues arising from payment processing by third parties.

7. Confidential Information

All information on this Website, including all information provided under our Services, is proprietary and confidential information belonging to us (“Confidential Information”).
You agree that you shall not disclose, divulge, disseminate to, or share with any third party any Confidential Information at any time.

The confidentiality of the Confidential Information disclosed under this Agreement shall continue even after the termination of this Agreement.

8. Remedy for Breach

In the event of a breach of the terms and conditions of this Agreement by you, you shall promptly indemnify, reimburse, and refund us for all costs, losses, and damages resulting from such breach. You acknowledge that such a breach will cause us irreparable harm for which monetary damages or other remedies would be inadequate. Therefore, we are entitled to seek an injunction from any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or address the breach. Our right to seek such injunctive relief does not limit our right to pursue any other available remedies.

9. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability

You hereby agree to indemnify us, II-TED, to the fullest extent from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Consent for Communication and Marketing

By using our Website or Services, you consent to receive communications from us via WhatsApp, SMS, email, phone, and other methods for updates, marketing, and feedback.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You hereby consent to resolve any disputes or issues that may arise in relation to this Agreement amicably and harmoniously. In the event any such disputes or issues cannot be solved amicably, the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Website and Services and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
Force Majeure: In the event where the performance of the Services is prevented, restricted, delayed, or interfered with due to reasons beyond our control, we shall be excused from such performance during the period of the force majeure event.
